ABOUT SPEK SPACE INVESTMENT
SpekSpace Investments is based in Los Angeles, California. We focus on finding, acquiring, and repositioning both single family and multi-family properties across the country. Our portfolios include Single Family, C-Class Commercial Multifamily, as well as Mortgage Notes and unsecured debt.
In 2012 we created SpekSpace Investments to create workspaces and homes that were flexible and easy to access at a price point that made sense for people starting their careers. In 2015 we began investing in non-performing notes in a handful of areas around the country, with the goal of creating a win-win situation for both the borrower and the investor.
While this is a business, we feel that we are also in a position to help others. Buying non-performing notes gives us the flexibility to find a win-win situation with the borrower, so that they can stay in their home.
